Non-Tangible Services Policy
All services provided by Hajjat Mirembe Spells, including spells, prayers, psychic readings, and traditional healing, are considered non-tangible and customized spiritual services. Therefore, I do not offer refunds or returns once the service has been provided. By booking a service, you acknowledge that results may vary depending on individual circumstances, spiritual energies, and personal situations.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
Service Not Rendered: If you book a service and I am unable to provide it due to unforeseen circumstances at my end, you are entitled to a full refund.
Cancellation Before Service Commencement: If you decide to cancel your order before the service has been initiated, you may request a refund. Please notify me within 24 hours of booking for a refund to be considered.
No Refunds on Completed Services
Once a service has been rendered (including the performance of spells, prayers, readings, or healing), no refunds will be granted. Spiritual services are unique to each client as they are influenced by external factors, including personal intentions, beliefs, and individual energies.
Revisions and Adjustments
If you are unsatisfied with the results of a spell or service, I offer revisions or adjustments within a reasonable time frame to help address your concerns. I am committed to working with you to achieve your desired outcome, but please understand that patience and trust are essential in spiritual work.
